Terms of Service: Cancellations & Transfers

• Registering for a workshop constitutes agreement with the terms detailed below.

CANCELLATION:

• Workshop sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by a registrant, there are no refunds.

• In the event of a workshop/class cancellation by Mamie’s Schoolhouse, the registrant’s paid fees will be refunded in full.

transfers:

• If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, please email mamiesschoolhouse@gmail.com with the full name and email address of your replacement, and they will be manually enrolled by Mamie’s Schoolhouse in your place. This can only be done within the first week of course launch (i.e. the first lesson being published). After that, there are no transfers.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY:

• When registering for a Mamie’s Schoolhouse course, you must use your own name. A student found to have used someone else’s name, or a pseudonym, will be removed from the course and there will be no refund.

• All course materials (written materials, videos, Zoom sessions, or other) are the legally copyrighted material of Mel Sweetnam, Mamie’s Schoolhouse. No course materials may be shared, in whole or in part, in hard copy or by any electronic means. Any breach of copyright of any course materials may be pursued through legal channels.
